I researched TC Appliance's brand and audience and developed the piece around the owners' personal story, including how they started the business, challenges they faced, and the community-focused service that distinguishes them from larger retailers. For production, I interviewed the owners and handled the camera, lighting, audio, and visual composition. When the original filming location proved unsuitable for the interview, I worked with the client to quickly relocate the setup, rebuild the lighting and production environment, and keep the shoot moving within the available schedule. In post-production, I shaped the interview and supporting footage into a concise brand story, making the editorial decisions around structure, pacing, emotional moments, visuals, color, and sound before delivering the finished piece.
